Project Description

In an upscale suburb of Athens, where many high-grossing companies have their offices, this modern offices building has been constructed from zero, with the use of stone, cement and glass, to create a uniform construction. It is situated on the prestigious Kifissias Avenue.
The building consists of three floors and an attic, while there is also plenty of underground parking space. On the semi-underground floor there are numerous architectural offices and meeting rooms, while on the ground and upper floors there are meeting rooms and the compay’s management team offices. All of these rooms are wisely lit by small frameless recessed spot downlights, keeping the lighting source well-hidden into the ceiling. The different scenarios, depending on the use of each space, are driven efficiently by groups of recessed and pendant light fixtures, which are combined aesthetically to provide the residents and visitors with a great sense of ambience and comfort. This is especially achieved by use of warm white lighting in all rooms.
The external façade of the building and the green areas around it are sensibly lit by ground fixtures with LED technology, which minimizes the use cost all night around and keeps the eye of the passing drivers fascinated by the impressive building. The earthly colours used on the exterior, combined with the greenery of the estate, offers an interesting canvas for the lighting designer, on which a splendid yet calm lighting effect is created. Naturally, the lighting fixtures used on this project are made of stainless steel, aluminum and glass, offering great quality and time endurance to a building made to last.
